About Second Street Ventures

Second Street Ventures (SSV) is a real estate development firm specializing in Southern California urban projects. SSV focuses on high-density urban infill, adaptive reuse, live/work, office and retail development. Our goal on each project is to create dynamic developments while always operating with the highest integrity and ethical standards.

SSV is committed to community partnerships during the development process. We want open communication that presents stakeholders with our ideas and allows for their feedback. We realize that local support and understanding are keys to the success of any development.

We are experienced with developing small and large scale urban, mixed-use, office and residential projects. With an eye on the end result, we partner with some of the best architectural and consulting firms in the region. Our goal is to create architecture that is both aesthetically stimulating and fully functional for the residents in these communities.

The principals of Second Street Ventures are Adam Browning and David Jordon. They each come from very different real estate backgrounds. David worked for Hines, the largest private office and retail developer in the world, and Adam has a history of doing suburban and urban mixed-use residential projects in Southern California. Together they have more than 35 years of real estate experience and have been involved with the development of numerous residential units, office and retail projects throughout Southern California. These varying backgrounds inspire the fresh ideas of our projects. David is also a licensed attorney and broker in the State of California.

SSV understands that the completion of our project is just the beginning of a lifelong experience for people living and working around them. For this reason, we strive to produce a project that leaves a lasting contribution to the community and the city.
