As president, David oversees and manages all development activities for Second Street Ventures, including land acquisition, public entitlements and design. Prior to joining Second Street Ventures, David was employed at Hines where he worked on a variety of projects throughout Southern California including Lantana a five-building master-planned low-rise entertainment campus in Santa Monica; Manhattan Towers, a 305,000 square foot office building in Manhattan Beach; and the renovations of 600/626 Wilshire in Downtown Los Angeles and 10100 Santa Monica in Century City. Prior to Hines, David was a real estate broker with Cushman Realty Corporation. In his career, David has been involved in the entitlement, renovation, acquisition, disposition and leasing of 2,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate representing approximately $500 million in value. David holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
